All lamps include shades.
We will make every effort to
accommodate shade changes requests. An additional
fee may apply. Lamps and wall sconces may be ordered
to match or compliment any of our chandeliers.
ALL HANDMADE ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTY
IN SIZE AND COLOR.
Custom Orders:
We work with an experienced design
and manufacturing studio and look forward to helping
you with your custom work. Our minimum charge
is $85.00. All customer work must be submitted
in written request form as to avoid confusion.
Please send color samples for us to review and
when possible pictures of room furnishings. Custom
design work welcomed.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages:
A return authorization number,
if approved, must accompany returns. In some cases
a 25% restocking charge may apply and or a credit
card refund fee.
Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Shades must be in original condition and clips
un-separated. Special or custom orders may not
be returned unless an error on our part has been
made. All shortages must be made within (5) days
of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. Freight damages must
be reported immediately. All cartons and packaging
materials must be retained for inspection by carrier.
Damaged merchandise will receive priority attention
and be replaced as soon as possible.
Safety/Legal Matters:
All of our lighting fixtures
are made with the utmost concern and care for
consumer safety. We cannot, however be responsible
or liable for the misuse of the products we supply.
Chandeliers should only be installed by a licensed
electrician. All products are tested and in good
working order when shipped. Bulbs and electrical
wires should never come in contact with a material
that could cause a fire. We assume no responsibility
or liability with respect to the use or misuse
of goods we supply and shall not be liable for
damage of any type, whether direct or indirect,
whether by design, defect, or otherwise. Our liability
is limited solely to replacement of defective
merchandise to each person who is a buyer or consumer
with respect to the stated product. |
